Transaction Services Consultant
What will your challenge be?
As a Consultant, you will join our Transaction Services team, with a strong focus on financial due diligence and deal execution. You will support senior team members in the delivery of high-profile transactions, working with Private Equity funds and corporate clients across the investment lifecycle. This role offers a steep learning curve and strong exposure to transaction dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting financial due diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side) for Private Equity and corporate clients.
- Analyzing financial statements and assisting in the identification of key risks and opportunities.
- Contributing to the assessment of normalized EBITDA, net debt and working capital.
- Preparing financial analyses, reports and client deliverables.
- Supporting senior team members in the day-to-day execution of projects.
- Interacting with internal teams and contributing to discussions with clients.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking candidates with initial experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence), with strong analytical and financial skills. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented and eager to grow within a transaction-focused environment.
Required qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence), gained at consulting or professional services firms
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics
- Solid knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles (Italian and international)
- Experience in financial modelling is a strong plus
- Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
