Director of Nursing (DON)

This position offers a $95,000+ starting salary (based on experience), with a quality-driven bonus structure

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) who brings strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and a genuine commitment to both resident well-being and team development. In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated nursing team, partner with campus leadership, and help ensure consistent, compassionate care in a setting where relationships matter and leadership is present.

Full time 8am-4pm, includes every 6th weekend and holiday
