
Pregnant & Parenting Youth Outreach Worker
Job Description
As an Outreach Youth Worker, you will initiate contact and build relationships with youth who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. Provide outreach and support services to pregnant and parenting youth ages 16–24 of all genders who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of becoming homeless, running away, or transitioning from out‑of‑home placement. This position delivers street‑based and community outreach, distributes basic needs supplies for youth and their children, completes Coordinated Entry assessments, and connects youth to housing, healthcare, prenatal and parenting supports, childcare, education, and other essential resources.
