Project / Construction Director – Data Centers
Location: Edgerton, Kansas City
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project / Construction Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale hyperscale and AI data center developments in Edgerton, Kansas City.
As the single-point executive owner for project delivery, you will be accountable for the successful execution of projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. The role carries full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, safety, commissioning readiness, stakeholder management, and client satisfaction.
Working across internal teams, EPC contractors, PMCs, consultants, and strategic partners, you will establish and drive governance, delivery standards, and execution strategies to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
