Job Description
- Manage and grow assigned Industrial Chemical customer accounts by delivering tailored product and solution recommendations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on product specifications, pricing, availability, and commercial terms.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand formulation needs, market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer activity reports.
- Provide customers with timely order updates, including delivery schedules and product-related information.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide monthly sales forecasts to support demand planning and stock replenishment.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and business planning.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product developments.
- Submit required reports such as sales performance, expense reports, and market survey reports in a timely manner.
