Psychologist – Behavioral Health Observation Unit - St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN
This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include an $8,000 sign-on bonus.
Summary
Find your purpose and make an impact on CentraCare’s Behavioral Health Observation Unit team, where you’ll provide diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services for patients and families with medical and behavioral health problems. This role supports patients and their families experiencing anxiety, depression, pain, stress, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions.
Schedule
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
Day & evening shifts | 10-hour shifts
Rotating weekends and holidays
Onsite | St. Cloud Hospital | Behavioral Health Observation Unit
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $51.05 -$76.57 per hour
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
$8,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
Minimum of one-year full-time internship required.
Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred
Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP) required or must be obtained within 18 months of employment. Licensure at the time of hire is preferred.
Familiar with laws regarding commitment, confidentiality, vulnerable adult, child protection and patients’ rights.
Successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
