Principal Analyst, Change Management (Emiratised Role)

Principal Analyst – Change Management is responsible for the governance, enhancement, and operational oversight of the ServiceNow Change Management module within the bank’s IT Service Management framework. The role ensures that the platform effectively supports the organization’s Change Management processes while maintaining compliance with enterprise governance standards, regulatory requirements, and ITIL best practices. The role serves as the functional lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow Change module, coordinating enhancements, resolving defects, conducting testing and validation activities, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. The role also supports the broader Change Management governance framework by reviewing changes, ensuring process adherence, and facilitating regional change governance activities.
