Team Description
Aven Hospitality is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Americas Delivery team.
Our Delivery team, formerly known as Implementations, plays a critical role in the customer journey. We partner directly with clients to guide them through successful onboarding, migration, and adoption of Aven’s hospitality technology solutions.
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about the customer experience and understands that successful delivery is not only about completing a project, but about helping clients achieve the business outcomes they expected when they chose Aven.
As part of the Americas Delivery team, you will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure every implementation is clear, well-managed, and focused on long-term customer success.
About the Role
As Service Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery for assigned client programs across the Americas. You will act as the primary delivery partner for customers, ensuring their goals, timelines, risks, and expectations are clearly understood and actively managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong project leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams. You will help clients navigate complex implementations while keeping the focus on quality, adoption, business value, and a positive customer experience.
You will also contribute to improving how we deliver as a team, helping raise the standard for customer communication, governance, consistency, and delivery excellence across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end client delivery programs across the Americas, including onboarding, migrations, and technology implementations
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring a strong customer experience throughout the project
- Understand each client’s business goals and connect delivery activities to the outcomes and value they expect from Aven
- Manage project roadmaps, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Run structured project governance, including planning, status updates, risk reviews, executive updates, and stakeholder communication
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, ensuring they always understand project status, next steps, risks, and decisions needed
- Anticipate customer needs, identify risks early, and take action before issues impact the client experience
- Partner with Product, Commercial, Support, Planning, and other internal teams to remove roadblocks and deliver the right customer outcomes
- Lead outcome-focused conversations with clients, including senior stakeholders and executives
- Manage multiple client projects at the same time while maintaining strong delivery discipline and customer focus
- Contribute to improving delivery standards, tools, processes, and ways of working across the Americas Delivery team
- Support a delivery culture centered on customer trust, ownership, quality, proactive communication, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client delivery, implementations, project management, customer delivery, or related roles
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, hospitality technology, or similar client-facing environments
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through completion
- Strong customer presence, with confidence managing senior stakeholders and executive-level conversations
- Ability to build trust with customers, manage expectations, and maintain confidence through complex delivery situations
- Strong understanding of project management principles, governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery execution
- Ability to connect project execution to customer outcomes, adoption, business value, and long-term success
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and keep teams aligned in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across regional and global teams
- Highly structured, proactive, accountable, and comfortable driving clarity in evolving environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- +3 yrs of experience in hospitality, travel technology, or platform-based technology
- Experience with customer reservation systems, property management systems, or hospitality distribution platforms
- Exposure to Salesforce or project scheduling tools
- Additional language skills
- Experience working across multiple countries, regions, or global teams
- Exposure to data-driven, automation, or AI-enabled delivery practices
- Understanding of quality assurance concepts or process improvement methodologies
