Technical Director - EMEA

We are currently seeking our new Technical Director for EMEA, a pivotal position that sits on the EMEA Regional Leadership Team. The EMEA Technical Director leads the regional technical teams, aligns global strategy with regional execution and drives technical excellence. We are looking for a strategic, cross-functional, experienced regional / global leader with an enterprise mindset who builds scalable capability, embeds accountability across Strategic Business Units (SBUs), and leverages AI and data to deliver faster, more predictive, and higher-value innovative products and services for customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Driving the performance and success of the technical teams in the EMEA region Developing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Translating global strategy across SBUs into regional execution and driving accountability through KPIs and governance Building scalable technical capability frameworks Providing external technical leadership by representing Colorcon at external industry events Building / maintaining high level technical relationships with key customers, external stakeholders Ensuring safety, quality, compliance and data integrity
