The Barback plays a vital support role in ensuring an efficient, clean, and well-organized bar operation. This position works closely with bartenders to prepare the bar for service, maintain stock levels, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shift. The Barback assists in setting up and restocking supplies—including liquor, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and bar tools—while promptly replenishing items as needed.
