Job Description
Responsabilities Assistance in activities related to managed funds (transfers, subscriptions, share redemptions, updating and keeping records, CRS/FATCA declarations) Update of KYC information Support in monitoring employee leavers: preparation of corresponding transfer orders Participation in the general administration of the eFront database: maintenance of shareholder data to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the information recorded Monitoring and operational processing of fund activities: subscriptions, capital calls Follow-up on allocation payments Filing and archiving of originals: contracts and movement orders
