Scrum Master

The Scrum Master serves as a key Agile leader supporting Department of Justice (DoJ) software development and modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, promoting servant leadership, enforcing Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban best practices, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver secure, iterative solutions in a DevSecOps environment.   The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile practitioner with strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe methodologies, and software development lifecycle processes within Federal IT environments.
