Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing the delivery of care.   They will work with the patient to establish reasonable and measurable goals within a specific time frame.   The physical therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.
