Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Supports business operations by assisting in the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data, system validations and operational processes. Provides administrative support in the implementation of the unit initiatives derived from regulations, new industry trends, and the company's strategic plans. Working under close supervision contributes to SQL-based analyses, dashboards, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and comprehensive technical documentation while collaborating with technical and operational teams to support risk mitigation and process improvements aligned with organizational standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Design and execute test scenarios to validate system implementations, enhancements, and production changes. • Perform and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness for deployment. • Analyze technical and system-related incidents impacting operational workflows and downstream processes. • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts and track incidents through resolution to ensure sustainable fixes. • Identify, document, and escalate system issues, risks, and process gaps affecting operational performance. • Support initiatives to reduce operational risk, rework, and systemic errors through improved controls and process enhancements. • Identify and contribute to process improvements through standardization, automation, and workflow optimization. • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to support system implementations, issue resolution, and alignment. • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, validation protocols, and process guides. • Contribute to SQL-based analysis, dashboards, data validation, and reporting to support operational decision-making and audits. • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support the implementation of organizational and regulatory-driven projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. • May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in technical analysis, data validation, systems support, or related functions, preferably within the health insurance or regulated services industry. “Previously established requirements may replace proven experience.” License/Certifications: N/A Other: This position may require availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed to support operational requirements and ensure continuity of services.
