Job Description
Filler Operators are responsible for filling the boxes that come down the assembly line to a certain weight, usually 50 pounds. After the case of material reaches the targeted weight, it moves down the line to be prepared for taping. Filler Operators can be placed on 2 separate lines: automated fillers and super sack fillers. The super sack filler is responsible for filling the large plastic sacks with material and transporting to the designated area. All Filler Operators are responsible for cleaning various parts of the factory during shut down/start up once a week
