Your daily routine would include:
- Conceptual planning and architecture design of the Radio Access Network.
- Define and implement RAN planning, dimensioning, and optimization strategies.
- Ensure best-in-class 5G, 4G network performance.
- Perform testing, tuning, and implementation of new and existing RAN features and parameters.
- Participation in A1 Group and cross-country activities.
- Spectrum strategy development.
- RAN modernization scenarios and long-term network strategy.
- Layering strategy and capacity optimization.
- VoNR, 5G SA launch, deployment, and optimization.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Extensive experience in mobile RAN engineering and architecture design.
- Deep knowledge of 5G and LTE radio network functionality, protocols, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of RAN technical specifications and algorithms
- Proven experience with network optimization and performance improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-vendor RAN environments.
- Knowledge of automation AI/ML and network analytics tools.
