Job Description

Job Title: Relocation & Lending Closet Administrative Assistant 

Work Hours 

  • Part-Time (Approx. 20–25 hours/week) 

  • Monday – Friday 

Location 

  • ACS Building 108, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy 

Duties 

  • Maintain Client Tracking System (CTS) with accurate daily entries 

  • Manage Lending Closet inventory (issue, return, and tracking of items) 

  • Prepare welcome packets for incoming personnel and families 

  • Provide community information and support relocation services 

  • Generate reports and submit monthly statistics 

  • Track overdue items and coordinate returns 

  • Support relocation briefings and program activities 

Qualifications 

  • Experience in administrative support or customer service 

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills 

  • Basic computer proficiency (data entry, tracking systems) 

  • Strong communication skills
