Inventory & Stockroom Associate

Stable Schedule | Manufacturing Environment

At Anton Paar QuantaTec, precision matters, and that starts in our stockroom! We’re looking for a dependable, organized Inventory & Stockroom Associate who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 11:30am

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pull, stage, stock, deliver, and count inventory items
• Process inventory paperwork and production/sales work orders
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe stockroom environment
• Move materials between departments using material handling equipment
• Maintain Kanban inventory levels and follow FIFO material practices
• Support 5S organization and safety initiatives
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations
• Assist with additional warehouse and inventory duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in changing temperatures and occasional dusty environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• SAP experience is helpful, but not required

Equipment & Tools Used

• Pallet jacks
• Basic hand tools
• Warehouse inventory systems
