Job Description
• Build solid channel performance measurements to evaluate and track KPIs, assess market coverage, penetration, win and lose orders, and initiate channel incentive mechanism.
• Optimize channel management process.
o Standardized and continuous optimization on the whole channel process including distributor lifecycle management, e.g. new channel partner recruiting, onboarding, new channels agreement & authorization management, scorecard, realignment & termination, etc. for designated region.
o Build effective communication on channel operation policy with channel partners & sales to ensure complete implementation.
• Ensure company’s quality and compliance policy and guidelines are understood by Channel partners.
