Job Description
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for managing all aspects of a Department of State contract, ensuring compliance with deliverables, deadlines, and performance standards. The PM directly supervises all contractor personnel, coordinates with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and serves as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government. Duties include overseeing operations, conducting meetings and reporting, managing resources and staffing, enforcing policy compliance, and maintaining budget and schedule controls throughout the project lifecycle.
