Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis at Bodington, our welcoming residential aged care home in the beautiful Blue Mountains. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care to our residents, supporting their health, dignity, and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with the Care Manager, Residential Manager, and multidisciplinary team, you will ensure clinical best practice and compliance with aged care standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive clinical nursing care in line with best practice and Aged Care Quality Standards Conduct resident assessments, develop and review care plans, and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Supervise and support personal care staff to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Liaise with families, GPs, and allied health professionals Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and infection control requirements About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience in residential aged care (preferred) Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to person‑centred, values‑based care What We Offer $46.30 – $57.50 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience Flexible casual shifts to support work‑life balance Supportive team culture and strong clinical leadership Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people If you are a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for flexible work in a supportive and values‑driven environment, we would love to hear from you.   Apply Now
