Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) security solutions, with a focus on Identity Management using tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingOne/Ping Federate, with working knowledge of adjacent IAM domains such as Secrets Management and Certificate Management
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for both on-premises and cloud environments, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Proficient in current IAM standards and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, and LDAP, as well as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mechanisms
Scripting and programming skills with languages like Java, BeanShell, VBScript, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js, with a solid understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and JSON
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitHub, Jenkins, and application containerization
Experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure
Ability to produce detailed low-level design documents and provide regular delivery updates
Professional qualifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) and IAM-related certifications (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk) are highly desirable
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team of developers, architects, and business analysts with minimal supervision
Experience consulting with key stakeholders and senior management on project design, development scope, and progress updates
