Facilitate effective communication and alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
Technical and Business Competency: Deep dive into products with a holistic understanding of both technical and business aspects. Leverage a deep understanding of SaaS platform capabilities to guide phased adoption of new features, focusing on user enablement, process optimization, and long-term sustainability
Change Management and Adoption: Drive thoughtful change management efforts to ensure technology changes are managed effectively for optimal adoption. Establish feedback mechanisms with technology domains to continuously gather insights on performance and stakeholder satisfaction, driving iterative improvements.
Strategic Planning and Budget Management: Support the strategic planning and budgeting process, monitoring expenditures to promote financial discipline and accountability.
Market Research and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and platform enhancements, conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to tech processes that drive innovation and efficiency. Incorporate insights into a continuous improvement plan for the platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely within and across teams, e.g., infrastructure, security, and engineering, to ensure alignment, support, and delivery of technology initiatives. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams.
