What can you expect your day to look like?
- Conduct training according to the drivers‘ theoretical and practical training programs approved by the training center and maintain accurate training records, documentation.
- Execute onboarding and test newly hired drivers and current employees.
- Provide suggestions for improving drivers' theoretical and practical skills and contribute to updating methodological programs.
- Advise drivers on safe and eco-driving techniques, work and rest schedules, documentation completion, and other relevant questions.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or advanced education.
- Valid driver's license of category C+E.
- At least 3 years of experience driving C+E category vehicles on international routes or at least 3 years of work experience related to road transport or drivers training.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Russian.
- Pedagogical education or completed courses, valid driver trainer/instructor certificate, 95 code certificate, valid driver‘s card for a digital tachograph, as well as knowledge of international freight transport regulations, working-rest regime, eco-driving and vehicle construction would be considered advantages.

- Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
