Work directly with branch users (Thai) and Japanese project members (English) to elicit requirements and clarify business needs
Translate business requirements into functional specifications (FSD), BRD, use cases, and process flows aligned with FLEXCUBE capabilities
Perform gap analysis between current banking processes and FLEXCUBE standard functionalities
Support FLEXCUBE configuration design, parameter setup, and operational workflows for Deposit module
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical delivery teams
Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements
Define and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT materials for Deposit and core banking processes
Support SIT/UAT execution and validate delivered solutions against business expectations
Coordinate with multiple vendors in a mixed delivery model
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose best practices for FLEXCUBE usage
Support knowledge transfer and documentation for long-term operational readiness
