Support batch and online processing (CICS/JCL)
Analyze business and technical requirements from HSBC stakeholders
Perform impact analysis and code remediation
roubleshoot production incidents and provide L3 support
Optimize performance of existing mainframe applications
Ensure compliance with HSBC development and security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, BA, Infrastructure, DevOps)
Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression)
Maintain technical documentation and version control
Must have:
· Strong experience in COBOL development
· Solid knowledge of JCL
· Experience with CICS (online transaction processing)
· Experience with DB2 or IMS databases
· Familiarity with mainframe change management tools (Endevor, Changeman, or similar)
· Knowledge of batch processing and scheduling
· Production support experience

Education & Experience
