**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate security equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
