As Local Brand Manager, you will drive the localization of HTH’s brand in Sweden by working closely with both the central marketing team and the local sales organisation. You will ensure that campaigns, concepts, and communication are translated into strong local activations that support growth while staying true to our brand identity.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing centrally developed campaigns and activations in the Swedish market, ensuring they are executed consistently and in line with HTH brand guidelines. At the same time, you will adapt and develop local initiatives that reflect market needs, customer behavior, and commercial opportunities.

You will act as a key link between central strategy and local execution, bringing Swedish market insights into the brand team while ensuring that global direction is clearly anchored in the local organisation.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will help shape how HTH’s brand is experienced across Sweden. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and localizing HTH communication, including presentations to sales and stores, content planning, and execution

  • Developing market-specific activations, including store communication, local concepts, trade shows, and events

  • Contributing Swedish market insights to brand development, campaign planning, and strategic brand projects

  • Taking project leadership on selected ad hoc initiatives in close coordination with the brand team

  • Ensuring all local activities are aligned with HTH brand guidelines and strategic direction

  • Supporting strong collaboration between central marketing, local sales teams, Store Experience, and dealer partners

What we are looking for

We are looking for a strong brand profile that understands how to translate strategy into impactful local execution. As a person, you are proactive and structured. You take ownership, bring energy into your work, and enjoy being the link between brand, sales, and execution.

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience in brand management

  • Understand how to balance global brand direction with local market needs

  • Have worked with campaigns, launches, and customer-facing activations

  • Strong capabilities within Adobe and InDesign,

  • Ability to create and adapt high-quality marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines

  • Experience developing and executing social media content across platforms, combined with hands-on experience working with website backends

  • Bring a strong commercial mindset and understand how brand drives business performance

  • Are confident in project management and able to take ownership and drive initiatives forward

  • Are creative, solution-oriented, and hands-on in your approach

  • Collaborate easily across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
