Regional Manager, Final Mile

The Regional Manager, Final Mile is responsible for leading the Final Mile Manager(s), Final Mile Partners, and 3PL Relationships while overseeing the overall performance of the Final Mile Operation of their designated region. They will offer support and accountability to ensure Arhaus Standard Operating Procedures are executed by each delivery provider, both inside and outside the HUB. They will make certain required delivery deadlines are met while ensuring a consistent brand-right experience at the HUB(s). The Regional Manager will elevate the customer experience within their region while helping the organization see an increased customer satisfaction. Their partnership within the Arhaus organization is critical to their success.
