Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical and industrial projects from feasibility study through commissioning and start-up.
- Manage project scope, costs, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, suppliers, and contractors.
- Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, supplier consultations, and vendor follow-up.
- Ensure compliance of installations with GMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee equipment qualification, validation, and acceptance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and industrial performance optimization
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in cleanroom design and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 14644-4 and EU GMP Annex 1 requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach.
- Good command of both French and English.
