What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to identify signage and branding needs
- Recommend creative visual communication solutions that make an impact
- Prepare estimates, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
- Manage customer accounts and provide excellent service throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure successful project execution
- Sell a dynamic and constantly evolving product line tailored to customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in outside sales or commission-based sales preferred
- Previous B2B consultative sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools preferred
- Experience in the sign, graphics, printing, or related industry is a plus
