Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in leading and managing the culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment, promoting creativity and teamwork.
- Supervise food preparation while ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Manage food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste to ensure efficient use of resources.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in chef positions within high‑end restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Strong culinary background with in‑depth knowledge of techniques, ingredients, and gastronomic trends.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
