About the Role:

As a Detail - Make Ready Specialist, you�ll be the finishing touch that transforms vehicles from �just cleaned� to showroom ready. This is more than just washing cars�this is about creating a great first impression and helping customers fall in love with their vehicle.

What You�ll Be Doing:

  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall readiness

  • Hand wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles to a high standard

  • Deep clean interiors: vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing every surface

  • Perform minor touch-ups and cosmetic repairs

  • Keep track of work completed and report any issues promptly

  • Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and the vehicles


What We�re Looking For:

  • Age 21 or older

  • Valid driver�s license held for at least 3 consecutive years

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in automotive detailing or a related field preferred

  • Familiar with tools like buffers, polishers, and steam cleaners

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, polished results

  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Preferred But Not Required:

  • Certification in automotive detailing

  • Experience with paint correction or interior restoration

  • Customer service or client-facing experience
