Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance of the general ledger and other financial records; reconciles various accounts; coordinates with District level fiscal services. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.Also, part of this position is Health Assistant:
Responsible for administering student medication, management of student’s chronic health conditions, first aid care of students, and maintaining student records. Deals with information of a highly confidential nature. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position Specific Information (if Applicable):
Responsibilities:
Process all purchase orders from a variety of in-school sources and departments.
Maintain the financial records of the school, including various functions such as reconciliation of accounts and funds.
Handle all receipts from various sources, including special funds for parent organizations and special events monies.
Process the assignment, collection, and records of all student fees and fines.
Make all deposits.
Process and distribute all incoming merchandise.
Coordinate and cooperate with the District in preparation of annual audit.
Prepare and file various financial reports in collaboration with building administration.
May process equipment repairs and the financial transactions associated with such repairs.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education:
High School or Equivalent (Required)
Skills:
Accounting knowledge, Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, database and spreadsheets, General Office Equipment, Some knowledge of Bookkeeping prefered, Verbal and written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructionsPosition Type:

Full Salary Range:
$17.80 USD - $27.45 USD Hourly- All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
