Job Summary: Responsible from thermoelectric ingot production operations to lead and provide in depth technical support, resolving production problems as well as undertake process improvement activities for material quality, performance improvement and cost saving opportunites, responsible to lead ingot engineers, Technician for equipment and facility problem solving and preventive maintenance.
Follows through the literature to stay active for research and new development aspect of thermoelectric materials and processes needed for utilization and development of new formulations or processes for additional improvements over time. Advances could be evolutionary over the current processes and materials to improve Coherent capabilities and products, benefiting current and evolving new market needs working with Coherent Thermal Solutions.
