CMM Senior/Lead/Principal Process Engineer (ProcE)

Process Engineer – Optical Transceivers (CM Site Resident Engineer) We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to lead the assembly and test transfer of optical transceivers at our contract manufacturing (CM) partners. In this role, he/she will serve as the technical liaison between our internal team and external fabrication sites, driving yield improvement, reducing cycle time, and improving process stability. You will focus on die attach, wire bonding, optical alignment, and high-speed testing. The ideal candidate has deep experience in optoelectronics packaging and a proven track record of ramping volume production or CM environment.
