Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer – Optical Transceivers (CM Site Support) We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to drive production efficiency and operational excellence at our contract manufacturing partners assembling optical transceivers. In this role, you will be embedded at CM sites, focusing on line layout, manufacturing flow optimization, cycle time reduction, and sustaining support for high-volume production. You will work closely with process engineering and quality teams to ensure that assembly and test operations run smoothly, safely, and within cost targets. The ideal candidate has experience in optoelectronics or electronics manufacturing with a strong background in Lean manufacturing, shop floor management, and CM collaboration.
