Epitaxy Process Engineer

We are seeking an Epitaxy Process Engineer to join our semiconductor manufacturing team, focused on silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxial growth and characterization. In this role, you will support and optimize epi reactor processes, improve layer uniformity and defectivity, and drive process control and yield improvements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will work with advanced semiconductor technology, leveraging statistical analysis tools (JMP), SPC, and DOE to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance process capability.
