Sr. Metrology / Photolithography Technician

Job Summary: Perform complex repairs, maintenance, and operational support of advanced metrology and photolithography equipment used in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices within a cleanroom environment. This senior-level role requires strong hands-on expertise with wafer inspection, wafer surface profiling, overlay measurement, CD measurement, thin film metrology, and photolithography tools.
