Integrated Circuit Engineer - Heterogeneous Photonics

THE TEAM The Heterogeneous Electronic and Photonics Integrated Circuits (HIC) team is a small, dynamic group that integrates advanced photonics chips of different materials into photonic integrated circuits (PICs) for optical communications products.

YOUR IMPACT Assist in the design, simulation, layout, and testing of photonic components and circuits. You will work very closely with the entire HIC team covering a wide variety of directions, including silicon photonics and III-V device designs, simulation, foundry process development, production tapeout, PIC testing, and production support. You will also work closely with photonics design team, silicon and III-V device group, packaging team, module hardware / software / optics testing team and external foundries in building complete products.
