Job Description
Short Description: The Employee Experience Manager will bring Coherent values to life by supporting the development and execution of Coherent’s communication and people and culture strategies designed to develop, motivate, and retain productive, engaged employees. This will include all culture initiatives and change management as well as support the review of materials intended for all employees and support the review process and development of corporate brand advertising and institutional advertising with a high attention to detail. Additionally, working directly with the VP of Employee Experience, Senior Business and Functional Leadership and the HR Leadership Team, this individual will work to enhance employee engagement, creating a high-performance, sustainable organization that meets its strategic and operational goals.
