Mechanical Engineering Staff Engineer (Process Improvement)

In our company, which manufactures spring probes and contact probes for semiconductor component inspection and PCB (board) inspection, you will be responsible for production engineering operations. Within the Production Engineering Department, you will mainly handle the surface treatment division, including plating and heat treatment. This position requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to contribute to enhancing on-site manufacturing capability (“monozukuri power”).
