Senior Product Designer - AI & Automation
Job Description
We're looking for a senior product designer who has already moved beyond using AI as a shortcut - and is actively building it into their daily workflow.
The right person can turn a vague problem into a working prototype fast, communicates well with engineers, and is genuinely comfortable in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
Responsibilities
Own design end-to-end - from problem framing to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
Work autonomously in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction
Rapidly translate vague briefs into structured approaches and testable outputs
Build and iterate AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate delivery
Create prototypes that feel near-functional - not just wireframes
Collaborate closely with developers, thinking in systems and components
Present design decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
Contribute across multiple workstreams simultaneously
Requirements
Senior-level UX/Product Design experience across complex digital products
Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily design work - not occasional, habitual
Proficiency with Figma, including MCP integration and Figma Make
Comfortable working with Claude, Copilot, or equivalent AI agents in a design context
Experience with enterprise or B2B products - complex systems, not just consumer apps
Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to defend decisions under pressure
Technical fluency - you don't need to code, but you need to think like someone who does
Background across multiple sectors and product types
Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise compliance requirements
Available to commute to Lisbon for a hybrid setup (2 days/week on-site)
Preferably available to start within 30 days
