Elementary Teacher - Intermediate

Thimmig Elementary, a 27J School in Henderson, CO, is seeking an intermediate teacher to inspire student love and ownership of learning within the Thinking Classroom.  This is a full-time, or 1.0 FTE position.

Required Qualifications:

1. A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License/Authorization.
2. Meet Colorado Department of Education "In Field" endorsement or qualifications requirements for the posted subject area.
3. The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
4. The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team.
5. The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
6. A belief in empowering all children as owners of their learning.
