European Credit Card Product Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Credit Card Product Lead to own and scale our digital acquisition strategy across Poland and Romania, with further European expansion ahead.

If you’re passionate about digital banking, credit cards, growth strategy, and building high-performing acquisition funnels — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead digital acquisition and market expansion for our credit card

• Optimize digital sales funnels, UX, and conversion performance

• Drive profitability through data-led initiatives and strong business cases

• Partner with Risk, Marketing, CRM, and global teams to drive growth

• Coordinate localization efforts, ensure product compliance and alignment with market trends

• Monitor market environment and analyse customers insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements

• Support telesales teams through training and education initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in credit cards, consumer finance, or digital financial products

• Proven success in digital acquisition and performance optimization

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Experience in multi-market or international environments

• Fluent English
