The Role
We are looking for someone to join our Programmatic team as an Account Executive. Working with a talented group of digital media specialists, you will support the management and optimisation of programmatic campaigns for a variety of clients across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their expertise across platforms, develop strong analytical and client servicing skills, and grow within a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital media environment.
You will work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, while gradually taking ownership of smaller accounts and campaign responsibilities. Ongoing training and development will support your progression into a Senior Account Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
● Campaign Management: Build, launch, monitor, and optimise programmatic campaigns across formats, platforms, and partners including Display, Video (including YouTube), Native, Audio, Connected TV, Digital Out Of Home, Retail Media, and In-Game.
● Performance Optimisation: Conduct regular campaign analysis and optimisation to improve performance against client KPIs, ensuring campaigns are pacing correctly and budgets are managed effectively.
● Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports, translating data into clear insights, recommendations, and actions for clients and internal stakeholders.
● Account Support: Support the day-to-day management of accounts, helping to maintain strong client relationships through timely communication, proactive updates, and a solutions-focused approach.
● Innovation & Testing: Contribute ideas for new tests, creatives, audience strategies, betas, and automation opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
● Market & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to support client growth and innovation.
● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, proactively seek feedback and development opportunities, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience or strong interest in programmatic advertising or digital media
● Understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign performance metrics
● Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail
● Experience managing or supporting digital campaigns is beneficial
● Excellent communication and organisational skills
● Ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and develop within digital media
● Interest in emerging media channels, technology, and automation within advertising
