Proven experience in the operating theatre (OR).
In‑depth knowledge of CPT sets and their clinical use.
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial hospital role (Key Account Manager or similar).
Strong experience with tender management and hospital funding structures.
Excellent commercial skills: prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
Solid skills in planning, reporting (Excel, CRM), and presenting.
