Patient Access Representative � Full-Time Position � Raleigh Location
Raleigh Orthopaedic is hiring a Patient Access Representative for our Centralized Call Center to schedule appointments for all of our clinic locations. Our Patient Access Team plays an integral role in providing excellent service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming appointment calls
- Schedule new and established patient appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Background in a healthcare customer service role, ideally in a large medical office setting
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive demeanor and commitment to excellent service
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems
- Openness to providing feedback for process improvement initiatives
