The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an established Shopper Marketing Manager / Customer Marketing Manager to join the Customer Marketing team sitting at the intersection of Brand, Sales and Category.
You’ll take global brand strategy and turn it into compelling, insight-led shopper activation - driving visibility, conversion and growth across key ANZ customers and channels.
This is an ideal step-up or sideways move for a Brand Manager or rising commercial marketer who wants closer exposure to customers, sharper commercial ownership, and end‑to‑end activation.
Your Responsibilities
- Translating brand and category strategy into shopper-first activation plans
- Delivering in-store and omnichannel campaigns that drive conversion and visibility
- Partnering closely with Sales teams to support customer pitches, joint business plans and reviews
- Managing agency partners to develop POS, campaigns and tailored executions
- Managing and optimising A&P investment, tracking ROI and performance
- Bringing shopper, customer and channel insights into planning and decision-making
- Collaborating across Brand, Category/Insights and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution
About You
You’re a commercially-minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You'll be able to demonstrate:
- 3+ years experience in shopper, trade, customer marketing or brand roles (FMCG or alcohol)
- Strong understanding of retail, shoppers and channel dynamics
- Proven ability to deliver activation that drives sales outcomes
- Confident working with Sales teams and external customers
- Experience managing agencies and campaign execution
- Solid commercial acumen, including budget management and ROI focus
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity
