What you’ll do:
"• Handle daily transactions for Intercompany Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Provide an excellent service to internal customers with quick response.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Other jobs that Team Leader assigned."
"• Performs Intercompany Account Payable & Receivable responsibility.
• Complete the Intercompany daily transactions, sub-ledgers closing, supplier/Customer and internal customer's enquiry etc. timely.
• Comply customers’ daily operation with GFSS standard process/ Eaton policy.
• Responsible for verify, analyze, investigate, reconciliation and resolve Intercompany transaction discrepancies and deficiencies.
• Work with internal and external outsource team to resolve any issues related to Intercompany transactions.
• Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually.
• Work with auditors, both internal and external, for US reporting, local reporting and SOX compliance.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for IC B/S accounts.
• Update SOP on timely fashion.

Qualifications:
"Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
3 years working experience in accounting
Proficient in MS office and SAP/Oracle
Good communication skills in Chinese and able to communicate in both spoken and written English.
Willing to take responsibilities and able to work under pressure
Self-motivated and good team spirit
Change Management Experienced is preferred
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter "
